We hired Barb to sell our home in Calhan. We got several great offers and it sold for $15,000 over our asking price in just 5 days. Having formerly been a Real Estate agent, it was so refreshing to have a great agent like Barb who fought for us all the way to closing. She was so helpful and professional. Barb was always available when we needed anything or had questions. We highly recommend using Barb Schlinker to sell your home.

Barb was able to sell our home for over asking price and make sure everything went well. She provides so many extra services like cleaning and handling little repairs to ensure we got the home sold. She even covered the expenses in advance for a small area of fresh carpet to ensure the buyers would be delighted to pay full price for the home. All the way through the process we received support from Barbs team from making sure the home was ready for showings as well as communicating issues that came up. In the end, Barb was able to get us over $5000 more than expected and we are delighted it is sold and completed.

Barb and her team go above and beyond to care for her clients. In the hospitality industry we have the GOLD level of care in which we look for ways to exceed our guests experience. I would relate this level of care to Barb and her teams approach. I was transitioning out of state on military orders, worried about leaving a home on the market. Her team excelled; took care of all my worries and concerns. Handled any maintenance needs, yard care, etc. during my absence and time of closing. Additionally, they covered any requests made by the buying agents after discussion with me from a distance. I could have not asked for a better agent and team to handle the sale of my home. I highly recommend Barb for your next purchase or sale; she will be there for you through every step. She will provide you the very best approach to selling and fight for the very best price during your purchase. Thank you Barb and to your team for all your hard work. We could have not done it with out you.

We heard about Barb Schlinker from her Radio Show and having been in the sales business we were very impressed. Barb and her team did a great job managing all the many showings and ultimately a great sale. The result could not have been better. We became friends with the buyer and the whole process exceeded our expectations. Barb's team was able to quickly respond to showing feedback to help get us the over full priced sale. From the recommendation to her trusted vendors that went well to the consistent and frequent communication from Barb and her team - it was a pleasure to do business with her. Steve & Crystal

It was such an easy process to sell my home with Barb Schlinker. I first met Barb a few years back and decided to stay in the home during the pandemic period and I’m so glad I did. That decision allowed me to add another $100,000 of value to my home in a short period of time. With the first meeting Barb provided a staging consultation that helped me get my home ready for sale on my schedule. Her Certified Pre-Owned Home program revealed I needed a new roof and because it was done in advance of the sale, her program set the stage so I could deal with the roof on my schedule and negotiate the best possible deal. Not only did Barb market the home so well that I had a lot of people come and look at the home, but I received two offers at the same time and that’s where it got exciting. Barb’s negotiating skills went into high gear and she was able to get the buyers to make their highest offers, giving me great choices on selling my home for nearly $10,000 over asking price in just 11 days. It was a really nice benefit that her program included house cleaning. That was a very nice touch that made my move effortless.

Barb has such great reviews online, I knew she was the right choice for me. She was so helpful and patient helping us get ready on our pace, helping plan our move and best of all she quickly sold the home for $50,000 over asking price in just a few days. Her team took care of all the final details for me, including re-purposing things I did not need so I could easily move to my next home.

I am very pleased with Mrs. Barbara and Mrs. Wendy. They went ALL out their way every day to make our home selling process less stressful. They were a pleasure to work with and became family instead of a business move. Furthermore, being in the Air-Force I didn’t have much time to relocate and they made it a breeze for my family and I. If I ever come back to Colorado to live. I will call them back with NO hesitation. Thank you ALL for what you have done. I have already recommended EVERYONE on Peterson AFB to Mrs. Barbara and her team. They will go out their way and beyond to make you happy. If I could give more than a 5 star rating .. I definitely would. God Bless !!!!!!

It was refreshing to work with Barb and her team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed. She sold our home for $17000 over asking price in a short time and everything went smoothly. We loved how she took the time to measure the home to make sure it was marketed at the right size and the photos were amazing. Barb was able to get a huge crowd at the open house which got us several great offers to choose from. Then she handled the sales process every step of the way for us and make it simple and easy. We highly recommend Barb and her team.

We heard about Barb from our contractor who is a radio fan. We knew once we hired Barb it was the right decision to help us sell our parent's home. Barb gave us great advice on what to do to sell our home for the most money without spending too much money to update the home. The results were great. In just a few days Barb had a huge crowd at the Open House, over 85 visitors and it sold for $75,000 over the asking price. They made the whole process easy for us to manage while traveling between several states and we especially appreciated the move out cleaning service as well as the help removing unneeded items. We highly recommend Barb to sell your home!

As an active duty Air Force member, it was great to have Barb throughout the years watching out for the property while I was away from Colorado Springs and abroad. When it came time to sell, I was very glad I had Barb to help. She not only attenitvely guided me the right way to get it ready for sale but with her great marketing she was able to help me sell it for $35,000 over asking price and all while I was mostly out of state. I very strongly recommend using Barb Schlinker and her team to sell your home.

After hearing Barb on the radio where she outlined her methods for selling homes, I am so pleased that we hired her to handle the sale of our home. We had already moved out, and she and her team installed very attractive staging furniture so it showed beautifully. In just one short week. Barb obtained several buyers competing for our home and she sold our home for $5000 over asking price. Her team handled everything from there and made the process very easy. Having Barb handle the sale of our home gave me great peace-of-mind throughout the entire process.

We are so pleased that we worked with Barb Schlinker to sell our home at 1450 Masters Drive in Woodland Park. Barb and her team go to great lengths to ensure the home is presented to the market in such a way to command top dollar for the home. From the elegant video production, great photos and beautiful pictures, it all went very well. Barb was able to negotiate for us to stay in the home well after closing allowing us to move to our next location at a comfortable pace. This was our second time using Barb to help us sell a home and the experience was top notch. You do not need to look further to find the best realtor for your need to sell or but a home. I needed to downsize to a smaller home. Barb and her team were so helpful. She showed us how to get the home ready to sell. It worked out so well that she sold my home for $15,400 over asking price in just a few days. She then went on to find a great deal on a smaller, brand new home. I needed to downsize into a less expensive home. I’m so glad I hired Barb Schlinker and Tom Parker to handle my transition to my new home. They took care of everything for me including coordinating repairs and providing space to store my things during the move.
