All of this flooring is a high-quality laminate textured laminate flooring. That’s easy care. All you have to do is damp mop it. They opened up this wall to make it bright and airy with soaring ceilings. You got a formal dining room right here, a lovely eat-in kitchen with new counters, fresh carpet and so many updates.

The beautiful eat-in kitchen has some really nice features. This is called a solar tube where you have bright light all the time coming right through the roof. On top of it, we’ve updated the Formica counters, we’ve updated the appliances. The flooring is updated. Even put wood on the stairs with some nice rugs so you don’t slip. A lovely family room. So what I like about this floor plan is this is the 4th lower level.
