Barb and her team were very easy to work with. They did an awesome job! We were under the gun for getting our house sold quickly, and Barb did just that. We got an offer after just one open house! Thanks again, Barb, for all your hard work and assistance. You and your team are amazing!

Barb and her team were excellent at helping us plan to get ready for the sale. We had such a large crowd at the open house that the neighbors were asking about it. Our home sold for over asking price and everything went smoothly as planned. Steve & Melissa

Although we weren't a current client, Barb was super-helpful in assisting us in preparing an Appeal of our current property tax assessment. She advertised that she would help anyone do this; you didn't have to be a current client selling or buying a home. She responded immediately to our phone call, and we communicated several times until we filed the appeal. Barb was most personable and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping us. We were able to file within a short time. We were so IMPRESSED that Barb was able to give us some of her precious time to do this, given her very full schedule and many clients.

We are so pleased that we worked with Barb Schlinker to sell our home at 1450 Masters Drive in Woodland Park. Barb and her team go to great lengths to ensure the home is presented to the market in such a way to command top dollar for the home. From the elegant video production, great photos and beautiful pictures, it all went very well. Barb was able to negotiate for us to stay in the home well after closing allowing us to move to our next location at a comfortable pace. Barb Schlinker and Tom Parker were great to work with to get my home sold. They did an excellent job on photos and marketing. I had previously tried with another agent that resulted in no sale. But when I hired Barb and Tom everything went as planned. When it turned out I needed a new roof, they suggested a roofing company that was able to finish the job quickly and minimize my out-of-pocket expenses. I was able to sell my home for top dollar and they helped me prepare for my move. I highly recommend Barb Schlinker and her team to sell your home.

After hearing about Barb on the radio we had to call. Her team helped us prepare our home for sale and to our surprise we not only had 120 people visit the home in 1 day but we received multiple offers and she sold our Briargate home for $30,000 over our asking price! We had a quick sale and her team handled everything so we could move out of the state early & worry free!" John & Kathy

Barb has such great reviews online, I knew she was the right choice for me. She was so helpful and patient helping us get ready on our pace, helping plan our move and best of all she quickly sold the home for $50,000 over asking price in just a few days. Her team took care of all the final details for me, including re-purposing things I did not need so I could easily move to my next home.

Selling our home with Barb could not have been better. It sold in a few days for more than the asking price. And just as important, we appreciated the excellent communication with Barb and her team. They did everything they promised and more, supporting us through every phase of the sale. Photos, staging, marketing, etc. were all handled efficiently. Emails came regularly with helpful information, reminders and suggestions. When we called or texted with a question, Barb or someone from her office got back to us quickly with the needed answers. Her years in real estate have allowed her to develop a highly professional, smooth running, client-focused business model. Thanks, Barb! You exceeded our expectations!

It was time for us to downsize our remodeled home. We interviewed several agents. but we knew Barb’s buyers and great marketing would get us the highest price for our home. In a few short weeks Barb was able to sell our home for top dollar, setting a new high sales price in the neighborhood. We are so glad we hired Barb and her team.

Barb Schlinker and her team did such an amazing job selling our home on Del Rey Dr in Colorado Springs. Our sweet dog, Koussie, physically could not tolerate agents offering multiple showings, so Barb arranged to only show at a single (1) open house. Her marketing strategies were so effective the results were phenomenal and she had 153 people attend the open house, and it sold with multiple offers for $75,000 over asking price. Through the entire process, Barb made sure everything went as planned and on time. We highly recommend using Barb to sell your home if you want the most money for home and you want a very easy and fast home selling process. Gus & Cassondra

We were facing a short-notice PCS transfer to another state with the Army. After seeing Barb's videos on YouTube about selling a home we know Barb was the only choice for us. Barb's marketing was able to get us multiple offers over asking price the first weekend. All went as planned we were able to buy our new home just days after Barb sold our home.

I have been a regular listener to Barbs radio show for years. Before I met her, she made it easy to prepare me for the sale because of her radio show on KVOR. Barb then recommended a higher price than I expected on the home and went on to sell it for a whopping $100,000 over price. Her and her team handled all the details and make the closing go very smoothly." In addition, the house that I am purchasing, had a safety issue. Barb volunteered to step up and help out with it. I greatly appreciate her help.

Barb was extremely helpful to my brother-in-law, Ed, when he appealed the county assessor's valuation of his home. We learned of Barb through her very informative radio program on 710 KNUS. Barb did a thorough search of property sales and provided Ed with 3 comparables for use in his appeal. And Barb did this very quickly since the deadline for the appeal was fast approaching.

We heard about Barb from our contractor who is a radio fan. We knew once we hired Barb it was the right decision to help us sell our parent's home. Barb gave us great advice on what to do to sell our home for the most money without spending too much money to update the home. The results were great. In just a few days Barb had a huge crowd at the Open House, over 85 visitors and it sold for $75,000 over the asking price. They made the whole process easy for us to manage while traveling between several states and we especially appreciated the move out cleaning service as well as the help removing unneeded items. We highly recommend Barb to sell your home!

After trying to sell our home previously and unsuccessfully with another agent, we are so delighted we called Barb. Very quickly Barb and her team helped with updated staging and great marketing. Barb was able to get a bidding war on our home in just a few weeks, and it sold for over asking price. The entire transaction was handled smoothly and closed on time. We highly recommend Barb.

It was time for us to downsize and we needed someone who could help us get the most amount of money for our townhome. Barb helped us decide what to do and what not to do get our townhome ready for sale. Our townhome sold for full price, setting a new high sales price in the community.

Barb and her team at Parker St. Claire come highly recommended. After accepting a job out of state we needed to quickly get our home on the market. We heard an ad for Barb on the radio and gave her a call. She was at our home the next day. Barb was friendly and knowledgable of the local market. She’s very detailed and brought with her a ton of information so we could price our home to sell. The home was staged and professionally photographed to highlight all the special features inside and out. Barb and her staff were always available for questions and even moved the last bit of furnishings to a storage unit for us just before closing! Not sure you’ll find a more helpful real estate broker/agent – give Barb a call!

After hearing Barbs radio ads and looking at her website, it was obvious Barb and her team has the best system for selling our home. Not only did she sell it for full asking price in just 6 days, but she made sure our home has a warranty for the buyer for 1 year after closing. It was so helpful that her team took care of a final move-out clean. It helped us easily plan our move and ensured the family enjoyed a stress-free move. We highly recommend Barb and her team to sell your home. Dale & Krystal

We have sold 3 homes and working with Barb Schlinker was by far the best experience. We previously tried another agent who failed to get many showings and only provided weak offers that would not work. We are so glad we made the switch. From the very beginning, we could tell Barb's process for selling homes is far superior to any other agent's work. Not only did she help us show our home and attract more buyers than ever before. But it sold quickly for top dollar. We could not have asked for a better real estate experience. We so appreciated Barb's hands-on care and attention to detail that included careful measurements, highlighting the home's best features and a very organized system that resulted in a quick sale with the least amount of hassle.
